Double standard or no standard at all

There was a program on TV last evening where somebody was saying that all the newly-published “Romance” novels and novellas are being published with the males who appear on their covers totally covered with business suits and ties —- rather than having them appear shirtless as they once did.

This is supposed to show more respect to women by some clueless idiot’s measuring stick.

I mean to say that a lot of those shirtless-men-being-caressed-by-a-buxom-woman “Romance” novels are more or less designed to arouse prurient interests, aren’t they?

How is it that in this world in which we all live, a man has to cover every inch of his body now and bitches can run around all but naked and nobody says a f**king word?

It’s sick!
