How to make “Cloud Eggs”

The newest sensation that is sweeping the cooking world is something called “Cloud Eggs” which is just another term for “Fluffy” eggs.  But “Cloud Eggs” are getting to be a “Thing” with people on Instagram and elsewhere so I looked up a video on how it is done.

  1. They look attractive, but I honestly couldn’t be bothered with the preparation and baking. I am happy with one minute fifty in the microwave, then straight into my sandwich. If I want a yolk, I fry them quickly instead.
